Biography
I've been gaming since the days of ZZT, which was released by Epic in 1991. ZZT was supplied with the same editor used by the developers to create the game. Epic's tradition of providing such tools is what caused ZZT to thrive for many years (in fact there is still [a small community] clinging to it). I began level editing for ZZT and mastered the simple but effective scripting language, ZZT-OOP. I followed the evolution of games over the years from the ANSI graphics of ZZT to the scrolling play fields of WarCraft and Command and Conquer through to the 3D graphics of today.
I was introduced to the Unreal Engine in 1999 through Nerf ArenaBlast, for which I've made several shameful maps that may be found at [Tmon's Nerf Arena Blast]. This addiction led to UT200X, for which I've done many things. Some of the larger projects I've been involved in include [UnWheel] and [UT2004 Troopers: Dawn of Destiny].
