Mod Ideas/Fury AKA Nemesis

Fury AKA Nemesis (I would have preferred Phoenix if it weren't taken)

Basically, the idea is from an as yet unpublished book, set on a planet with unusual magnetic fields, which makes it possible to use magnetic levitation on general terrain. The vehicle should have about 200HP, a pair of guns, somewhat weaker than the Manta's, and rocket packs. The idea is that the vehicle can switch from hovering to flight (and back) when it is useful. I am sorry if I haven't explained it usefully, but it would be quite useful, although I would not want it to be too powerful.
